Designations
Accredited Buyer’s Representative
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designees advocate for homebuyers and are recognized as distinguished agents in the industry. When you earn the designation, you receive benefits that will help advance your brand, business, and network. The journey begins with the ABR Designation Course, which is being offered in a convenient live virtual format. Accredited Land Consultants
Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) are more than land professionals. They’re the most accomplished, the most experienced, and the highest performing land real estate experts across the country— whether they specialize in agricultural land, timberland, ranch and recreational properties, or vacant land for development.
Certified Commercial Investment Member
A CCIM is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. For more than 50 years, the CCIM Designation remains the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals, including appraisers, asset managers, brokers, developers, investors, lenders, and other allied professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis, and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Certified International Property Specialist
Global real estate opportunities are everywhere. People move to the U.S. from other countries every day and foreign-born individuals residing in the U.S. move to new markets. Americans in your current market may look to invest in property overseas. No matter which audience you cater to, the CIPS designation will provide you with the knowledge, research, network and tools to globalize and expand your business. The newly restructured Graduate Realtor Institute® (GRI) is the foundation for your success. The GRI designation is one of the most prestigious designations and most widely held among those who hold any designations, held by 19 percent of REALTORS®, based on latest NAR Survey Data. Earn your GRI Designation while satisfying your 90 clock hours of approved course work in earning your Brokers License as offered through LARA.
NAR’s GREEN Designation / GREEN
Through NAR’s GREEN Designation, the GREEN Resource Council provides ongoing education, resources and tools to help real estate practitioners find, understand, and market properties with green features. NAR’s GREEN Designation is designed for agents looking to learn about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate.

The course work for the At Home with Diversity® certification is designed to enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. NAR’s REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX)
